News Letter feature and Liverpool book signing event

On Friday 20 July the News Letter, a Belfast morning paper, published a feature on ‘Martha’s Girls’. Click on the link below if you’d like to read it.

Thanks to everyone I met at Waterstone’s in Liverpool One on Saturday 21 July and to staff at the store for hosting the event. I hope to be back in Liverpool again in December. In the meantime I’m (quite) hard at work on the sequel, which will follow Martha and the girls from 1941 to the end of the war.  No title for it yet – any suggestions?

Beautiful Belfast

It was great to be back home in Belfast. I met so many people at Eason’s in Donegall Place and everyone was so friendly. I hope to be back again very soon. I also went to the Titanic Exhibition which was brilliant and well worth a visit.
